By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated below.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services or place an order. By submitting an order and/or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, forming a binding agreement between you and Wordvalley Global.


Definition of Terms

“Website” refers to all pages, content, and services available under the Wordvalley Global domain.

“Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to any user accessing this website or placing an order with Wordvalley Global.

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Wordvalley Global, its team, and authorized representatives.

“Services / Products” refer to all publishing, editing, design, marketing, and related services we provide.

“Order” refers to a service request submitted by the customer and confirmed through partial or full payment via any approved method.


Our Services

We offer book publishing and creative services including editing, design, formatting, marketing, distribution assistance, and author support.
Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, we do not accept returns on completed projects.

If any revisions are required to meet your original instructions, we will revise the work under our revision policy at no extra charge.


Revisions

Each service package includes its own revision terms.
Revisions may be requested within 5 to 10 days after delivery status changes to Waiting for Customer Approval.

Revisions apply only to content based on the original requirements.
Once final files are delivered, customers may further edit content themselves as they retain rights to their work.


Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. We always aim to resolve concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Work has not yet started, or

  • No revision request has been utilized, and

  • There is valid documented reason

Refunds take 5 to 15 business days to process.
A processing fee of £200 or 5% (whichever is higher) applies.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.


Eligibility Terms

Change of Mind

  • 100% refund if cancelled before project begins.

  • Cancellation within 1 hour of order placement is fully refundable.

  • Once work has begun, only a partial refund (up to 5%) may be considered.

Incompetent Delivery

If requirements are not met:

  1. We offer unlimited revisions

  2. We can reassign the project internally

  3. We rewrite if needed

If still unresolved, a mutually agreed partial refund may be issued.

Late Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to our fault, and the customer has attempted to contact us at least three times, a refund may be processed after verification.


Refund Time Limit

Refund claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Claims after this time will not be accepted.


Cases Where Refund Will NOT Be Issued

Refunds will not apply if:

  • Delays are caused by the customer (late responses / missing details)

  • Complaint is based only on writing style preference

  • Minor issues exist (spelling, formatting, word count, etc.) — these will be corrected through revisions

  • Work has already been substantially completed or published


Service & Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify service prices or discontinue any service without prior notice.
We are not liable for pricing changes or service suspension.

By continuing to use our website or making a payment, you acknowledge your agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
